CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR HOSTING PLANS

Cancellation of orders placed for website hosting or email hosting services must be made at within 30 days of purchase and a full refund of the Cost Price will be made.

Order cancellation requests received later than 30 days of purchase will not be entitled to a refund.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Cancellation of orders placed for domain registration services must be made at within the Money back Grace Period* of purchase and a full refund of the Cost Price will be made, and there would be a charge** for the Deletion. Deleting a domain name will immediately stop all functionalities (like the website and emails) associated with the domain name.

Order cancellation requests received later than 30 days of purchase will not be entitled to a refund.
